What you will find here

Eight guided cards offer different ways to notice your body and surroundings. A two-minute timer, optional ambient sound, and simple instructions support the practice. There are no required accounts, payments, or streaks.

The words “reset,” “racing,” “tight,” “drained,” and “foggy” describe the experience of taking a break and choosing a card. They do not diagnose a condition or verify a change in your nervous system.

How to read our practice notes

The English guides are educational product content. They are not presented as advice from a clinician or as clinically reviewed treatment protocols. Sources are linked alongside the claims they support so you can read beyond the short explanation.

We distinguish research on a specific technique from the way that technique is adapted in SOMA. A study of five-minute daily breathing sessions does not validate a two-minute card, and a source about jaw clenching does not prove that our exact sequence treats a disorder.

Your practice and your privacy

Your collected cards, practice history, language, and theme preferences are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not synced to an account. Clearing site data removes them, and using another browser starts a separate collection.

SOMA uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and general actions: opening the deck, starting or completing a practice, and initiating a wallpaper download. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes visit and device information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Our custom events do not include your chosen state, card identifier, feedback, email address, or saved practice history. Page addresses sent by our tag omit card parameters and fragments; only basic campaign labels are retained. Referring addresses are reduced to their site origin. Analytics does not load in local development or on preview domains, or when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your hosting provider and external services may process connection information such as your IP address when you load their resources.

The optional email signup in the Sanctuary is a Brevo-hosted form. Opening it connects to that service, and submitting it sends the information you enter to the newsletter provider. Newsletter data is separate from your local practice history. You can use the cards without subscribing.
